From all of us at The GMIX Company, we’d firstly like to say a massive thank you for purchasing our juice drink. It is always our aim that your experience with our juices and our website is one that leaves you satisfied and hopefully wanting some more. If you need to return any of our drinks due to it getting damaged on their way to you, or feel like you’d prefer a refund, then do get in touch so that we can help.

We may collect and process Refunds & Returns following data about you:

Following the purchase of our juice drinks, you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to return any bottles you do not want. You will need to contact us via letting us know that you’d like to return our drinks.

If for whatever reason you receive any damaged bottles, e.g., if the bottles are cracked or leaking, you can refuse to sign for it with the DHL delivery driver. Subsequently if you open the parcel and find that the bottles are damaged or have leaked then take a photo and email it to within 14 days of receiving your delivery, so we can assess the damage and assist in issuing a refund or replacement free of charge!

If you are returning your product back to us, you must make sure that the products have not been opened and the bottle caps are sealed – as it is a food product! You may wish to reuse the packaging to send the drinks in. You will, however, be responsible for any shipping costs to send the drinks back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your package, we will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days of receiving the returned bottle(s). We would only reject a refund if the bottles are received in an unsaleable condition.

You may cancel any order for any reason up to 14 days after the day you receive it. You will need to inform us at If your order has already been dispatched before you inform us, you may refuse to accept the delivery from the driver and your order will be returned to us. If your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to return it to our address.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please refer to our full Delivery Notice for more information


Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we will hold any stock returned to us for a period of 48 hours, to ensure there is no risk of transmission. Please allow an additional 2 working days before inspections and refunds can be processed.
